Very strong washable mesh filter lasts forever. Mesh screen in a chemical resistant opaque bowl. Water swirls down and keeps the mesh screen clean. Flush out sediment with a flick of the drain valve. Can be taken apart, washed, the unit lasts indefinitely. Rated for 160F water temp and 180 psi max. 1" male pipe thread for inlet/outlet. Supports 25 GPM flow and fits within 8.5" x 7" x 3.7" space envelope. Available mesh sizes are, 800 microns, 500, 300, 200, 130, 100, 80 and 22. Try a few different size meshes to match water condition. If too fine, it plugs up, if too coarse, not much filtering.
